Rogers Marvel Architects was chosen by the Clarett Group to design a 140,000sf mixed-use development in Brooklyn. The project includes duplexes and split-level condominiums and three townhouse configurations as well as a commercial and community facility. The overall concept for this development came from the 19th century developed blocks that existed throughout New York City and its boroughs. Some of the townhouses include portions that can be rented out by the owner.
