State Street Townhouses in Boerum Hill is the construction of 23 new single-family townhouses in Brooklyn, New York. Rogers Marvel is also updating the mixed-use master plan for the entire block. The completed Phase I includes 14 market-rate townhouses. The integrated design solution incorporates landscaping, daylighting, private roof terraces and sustainable design features.
