Theory, a renowned global fashion brand, anchors Manhattan's Meat Packing District with a new 5-story 60,000sf headquarters at the corner of Greenwich and Gansevoort Streets. The flagship store engages the street at the ground floor while the company's showrooms, workrooms and offices occupy and animate the floors above. A central connecting stair carries light and activity through the core of the building unifying all of the departments of the company.
